Apex has a radically new approach towards real estate private equity. We look at acquiring targeted premium assets exclusively on a club basis for a syndicate of investors investing our own equity and those of other investors as well as borrowing money. There is no blind upfront commitment linked to a general investment strategy.

Apex seeks situations in which investments can be made on an attractive cost basis and in which value can be increased through intensive operational and financial management. We look to generate risk-adjusted returns by capitalising on our insight and longstanding relationships to pursue proprietary investments in situations where there is the opportunity for operational leverage and/or value-added real estate activity.

We believe in financial prudence and in returns focused more on long term value creation primarily driven by a dynamic asset selection and an optimised management than extreme leverage.
